UART Inclinometer

Our 2GIG UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) Inclinometer outputs readings through RX and TX lines. UART is also referred to as USART, TTL, or serial output with 3.3v or 5v logic levels. This type of serial communication is commonly used to communicate with microcontrollers or other low voltage devices. The baud rate and output rate are easily adjusted with simple commands, allowing the end user to dial this sensor in to perfection for their application.

The sensor fusion algorithm readings are sent directly from the inclinometer’s MCU in the form of UART (TTL) messages. This format allows the user to receive the readings via an Arduino or similar MCU for a wide range of applications.

When selecting a transmitter to obtain wireless readings you will also need a receiver.
